Processing Time

Digital Products: Instant Delivery

Digital journals, planners, and workbooks are delivered instantly. Download links are provided on the confirmation page and by email, so you can access your purchase immediately.

Handmade Items: 3–7 Business Days

Each macramé piece, bracelet, and keyring is handcrafted to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Personalised Items: 5–10 Business Days

Personalised items are crafted with extra care and require 5–10 business days to complete, depending on the complexity of your name, words, or design.

Parcels typically arrive within 3 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and local postal services.

Express Shipping
